betaka Terms & Conditions – Rules and Policies for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the betaka website, mobile web application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). betaka operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players based in Bangladesh. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

betaka reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betaka will notify registered players through on-platform notifications or email to the registered contact address. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the betaka website, mobile web application, and all associated services accessible via betaka.pro.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform.
• "betaka" or "We" means the operator of the Platform.
• " Funds" means the monetary balance held in your Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by betaka under its promotional programme.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and may delay or prevent withdrawal of Funds.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain one Account only. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betaka may close all associated accounts and permanently retain any Funds held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify betaka support immediately. betaka will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting betaka support. betaka may close your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at betaka's sole discretion. Upon closure, any remaining balance of real-money Funds (net of applicable bonuses subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to betaka's verification procedures.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betaka accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected major bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of your financial institution. betaka is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. betaka aims to process approved withdrawal requests to mobile wallet accounts within the shortest technically feasible timeframe. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional business days. betaka reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal in excess of ৳50,000 or where a transaction pattern triggers internal fraud-detection protocols.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

betaka operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. You must only deposit Funds from payment sources registered in your own name. betaka may refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to unlawful activity, and may report such activity to relevant authorities as required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

betaka offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are awarded in Bangladeshi Taka and are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your Account.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus play are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the Bonus being credited. Bonuses that remain subject to unmet Wagering Requirements after this period will expire and be removed from your Account.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betaka Platform:

betaka's decision regarding the settlement of bets and the voiding of any bet or game round is final, subject to any applicable formal dispute process outlined below.

7. Sports Betting Rules

betaka's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• All odds are displayed in decimal format and are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka.
• Bets are accepted up to the point at which an event begins (pre-match) or in accordance with the live in-play betting cut-off displayed for each market.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a live data feed error affecting in-play odds, betaka reserves the right to void affected bets placed during the period of the error.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per player are set by betaka and are displayed within the sportsbook section of the Platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

betaka is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all players. The Platform provides a range of player-protection tools accessible from within your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming harmful are encouraged to use these tools proactively or to contact betaka support for guidance.

betaka will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, betaka will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform, including blocking their Account and suppressing marketing communications. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before the selected duration has elapsed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the betaka Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and interface designs — is the intellectual property of betaka or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without the prior written consent of betaka is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betaka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of Funds arising from interrupted gameplay due to technical failures beyond betaka's reasonable control, delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, or your failure to comply with these Terms.

betaka's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident in question.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any bet settlement, account transaction, or Platform decision, you must contact betaka support in writing within 14 calendar days of the relevant event. betaka will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a final decision within 28 calendar days. betaka's decision on all disputes is final unless an independent adjudication process is mandated by applicable law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. betaka makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

betaka reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication on the Platform. Where changes are material, betaka will take reasonable steps to notify registered players in advance. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
